Change your plan
Upgrade, downgrade, change the number of licences or cancel.
Open Subscriptions, choose the subscription and use Manage this subscription. You need the Owner or Billing manager role. A hint above the controls says how changes apply to this subscription, and a control you cannot use says why.
Change plan or licences
- Switch to plan lists the plans you can move to, grouped as Upgrade, Same edition and Downgrade; choose one and Change plan.
- Number of licences (per-user plans) and Change licences.
How the change applies depends on how you bought it:

If your bank asks you to confirm an online payment, choose Confirm with your bank.
Cancel or stop renewing
- Marketplace and supplier subscriptions: Cancel subscription. Access ends according to the subscription terms.
- Online subscriptions: Turn off renewal. The product stays available until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again; Turn renewal back on until then. After it has ended, Buy again starts a new purchase.
To renew an ended subscription bought from your supplier directly, contact the supplier.
