Billing
Payment method, upcoming charges and receipts for products bought online.
Open Billing (Owners and Billing managers). It covers products bought online; Microsoft Marketplace purchases are billed by Microsoft.
- Payment method: the saved card or Revolut Pay account that renewals use. Replace payment method saves a new one, which renewals then use.
- Upcoming charges: the next charge of each online subscription, with its amount including tax and whether it renews automatically. Manage opens the subscription.
- Payment history: every payment and refund. View receipt opens a printable receipt, also available as a PDF. Tax invoices come from your supplier's own accounting; their reference appears once recorded.
When a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, a banner says by when to fix it. Transakt retries the payment on the supplier's schedule (for example 1, 3 and 7 days later) and access continues during a grace period. Update payment method or Pay now settles it. If it is not paid by the end of the grace period the subscription is suspended, and after a further period it ends.
