broker.code_invalid
The handoff code is unknown, already redeemed (a second redemption also revokes the session the code created), issued for another host, or the browser's __Host-transakt-handoff nonce cookie does not match (one code, so a stolen code cannot be probed).

Handling it
Branch on code, not on title or the status alone, and log traceId. Codes are stable; new codes may appear, so fall back on the HTTP status for a code you do not know. See Handling errors and the list of codes.
